These lights are made from regularly available lamp parts, but none of the components are meant to be assembled in this way. For example, instead of lampshade-fitters holding the glass in place, check-rings are used; and the lampshade-fitters are used as part of the base. This standing light is wired to illuminate an a detail of “Starry Night,” painted by Dutch artist Vincent van Gogh in 1889, and printed on special backlit material. Standing Lights are hand-made on-demand and will most definitely enlighten anyone entering the room.
