“NGC 1769” SMALL BLACK LANTERN

Originally manufactured for candles, this lantern is wired to illuminate an image of “NGC 1769,” taken by by NASA’s Hubble Telescope in 2013. Printed on special backlit material, the images are affixed to the glass using an industrial adhesive around the perimeter. The result is a unique, in-the-round visual experience that you can pick up by the handle. Small Black Lanterns are hand-made, are assembled on-demand, and are sure to astonish whether turned on or left off.
