This work of assemblage art is handcrafted from salvaged antiques and everyday objects. Vintage items once used in domestic or business settings - such as two different vintage egg-scales, parts of a Victorian era gas lamp, gems from a piece of mid-20th century costume jewelry, and a reclaimed shipping boxes - are broken down, reassembled, and then wired with an Edison bulb into this one-of-a-kind steampunk creation. The light that speaks to you is a reflection of what is within; and that one light was made especially for you to find.
