These lights are made from regularly available lamp parts, but none of the components are meant to be assembled in this way. For example, instead of lampshade-fitters holding the glass in place, check-rings are used; and the lampshade-fitters are used as part of the base. This standing light is wired to illuminate “Christina’s World,” painted in 1948 by American artist Andrew Wyeth and printed on special backlit material. Standing Lights are hand-made on-demand and will most definitely enlighten anyone entering the room.
