$250.00

This decorative light is made from salvaged mundane objects, including: a horse-drawn carriage light, components to 19th. century gas lamp, and knobs from a 1970s radio. The back-lit transparency is a photograph of the first American spacewalk conducted by astronaut Ed White during the Gemini 4 mission of June 3, 1965. White later died along with Virgil "Gus" Grissom and Roger B. Chaffee during prelaunch testing on January 27, 1967.
